Hiring a Real Estate Photographer
It would be best if you did not think of Real Estate Photographers as an additional expense but rather as an investment. The importance of real estate photography cannot be overstated. First Time Users, Create Your Account
If you don’t have an account yet, go to our Client Portal, click Create Account, and enter your information in the provided form.
Log Into Your Account and Book a Property
You will find the Book Now button at the top of the page once you are logged in.
Fill out all the required information. Please provide any information we need about the property in the notes: Is there a lock box? What’s the code? Will someone be home or meeting us at the property? In addition, our virtual tour pages will include your information when you choose to use one for a property therefore, you may want to email us a headshot..
Afterward, click Request Shoot when you have completed the form.
Scheduling and Scheduling Conflicts
If we are available on the date and/or time you have requested, we will accept the request; if we are unavailable, we will call you and work out a new time and date with you.
Consequently, you may need to reschedule, please let us know, and we will work out a new time and date with you.
Completed Jobs
A confirmation email will be sent to you once the job has been completed. This means all images have been edited and uploaded. They are now ready for you to view.
Invoices
To download your images, you must pay for the completed job. From the time the job request is submitted to the completion of the project, this can be accomplished.
Log into the Client Portal, click on the job, and click “Pay (___)”.
Downloading Images
After the invoice is paid, you can download all your real estate photography images. You will have two options for downloading your images. Option 1 is Small; this is designed for MLS. Option 2 is Full; this will allow you to download full-resolution images.
The images will be downloaded in a single Zip file when jobs are downloaded.

In order to meet this need, we provide additional services (e.g., videography, floor plans, additional editing, drone photos/video, twilight photos, 360) at an additional charge. We ask that you select all the services you require when scheduling your property.

This virtual tour combines information about the property, its location, your information, a headshot of you, and all of our work. This option can be an asset to your busy time by allowing you to share detailed listing information with a potential buyer.

Preparing for Your Real Estate Photographer and Showings.
Exterior
- Remove all vehicles from the driveway. Make sure garage doors are closed. Do not park cars in front of any residential space.
- Remove trash cans, garden tools, garden hoses, and sprinklers from view.
- Sweep driveways, patios, and sidewalks.
- Place patio or deck furniture and umbrellas up during the summer months (unless it is too windy) and remove covers from furniture and grills.
- Remove any unsightly weeds and vegitation.
Interior
- Make sure all lights and lamps have working bulbs and are turned on. In my opinion, white light looks great for main light fixtures and soft light (orange) looks good in lamps which gives it a warm feel.
- Clear off countertops in kitchens. Having a few kitchen appliances is acceptable, however we are trying to reduce the amount of clutter as much as possible.
- Clear off countertops in bathrooms removing towel rolls, tissues, soap, toothbrushes, etc.
- Remove all notes, pictures, & magnets from refrigerator. Completely cleared off.
- Turn off all ceiling fans and ensure all blades are dust free.
- Put away evidence of “work” including buckets, mops, trash cans, vacuum cleaners, sponges, etc.
- Hide kitchen trash cans.
- Keep pet beds, food bowls, and toys out of sight.
- Remove TV remotes, magazines, news papers.
- Vacuum Carpets, and make beds.
- Tidy up any visible chords throughout the property.
- If you have any personal artifacts such as photographs, please remove them for your family's safety.
Do you need updated headshots?
For your business needs, our services go beyond real estate photography and include headshots and portraits. We charge $75 plus tax for headshots within the El Paso area.
